Welcome to Studio Golf Direct ("studiogolfdirect.com"). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions & Website Use

Studio Golf Direct is an authorized US direct distributor of indoor golf simulator packages, launch monitors, commercial impact bays, and turf products. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraud or policy violation is suspected.

2. Product Accuracy & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and dimensions are accurate. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Studio Golf Direct reserves the right to cancel or adjust any orders placed for the item.

3. Domestic US Shipping & Freight Terms

All simulator orders are shipped exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States. Freight carrier delivery requires an authorized adult signature at the residential delivery appointment.

4. Manufacturer Warranties & Liability Limitation

All electronic hardware (launch monitors, projectors) is covered by the respective manufacturer's limited warranty. Studio Golf Direct shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper assembly or structural modifications of golf bays.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
