At Studio Golf Direct, we are committed to providing the most reliable, transparent, and secure freight delivery experience in America. Due to the high value, precision calibration, and dimensional size of turnkey indoor golf simulators, commercial enclosures, and heavy-density turf, all studio packages are shipped via specialized Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Freight with Hydraulic Liftgate Service Included.
1. Domestic US Shipping Only (No International Shipping)
Studio Golf Direct ships exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States. Due to freight logistics, oversized pallet requirements, and standard 110V US electrical specifications for laser projectors and optical units, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, APO/FPO military boxes, or any international addresses outside the United States.
Any order submitted with a non-contiguous US address will be automatically canceled and refunded in full within 24 hours.
2. 100% Free Domestic LTL Freight ($0.00 USD)
We provide 100% Free Standard LTL Freight Shipping on all 40 golf simulator packages, launch monitors, commercial enclosures, and turf mats to all 48 contiguous US states. There are zero handling surcharges, fuel surcharges, or hidden checkout fees.

3. Handling & Cutoff Times
- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or during weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Every launch monitor and enclosure package undergoes rigorous factory verification and custom pallet banding prior to freight dispatch.
- Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday) via premier US freight carriers (FedEx Freight, R+L Carriers, Old Dominion Freight Line).
- Total Estimated Delivery: 4 – 7 Business Days from order placement.
4. Dedicated Residential Delivery Appointment & Liftgate Service
All complete simulator packages ship on custom heavy-duty pallets. Hydraulic liftgate service is 100% included at no extra cost ($450 value). When your shipment arrives at your local freight terminal, the carrier dispatcher will call you directly to schedule a dedicated 2 to 4-hour residential delivery window. The driver will lower the pallet to ground level directly at your driveway or garage threshold.
5. Real-Time BOL Shipment Tracking
Once your pallet departs our fulfillment warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your direct Bill of Lading (BOL) tracking number and freight carrier tracking link.
6. Transit Insurance & Damaged Freight
Every shipment is 100% fully insured against transit damage. In the unlikely event that your package arrives with visible exterior crate or carton damage, simply write *"Damaged upon delivery"* on the driver's delivery receipt and notify us within 48 hours at support@studiogolfdirect.com or call (972) 848-7491. We will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement unit free of charge.
